Mike Mathweg is an esteemed figure in the insurance industry, celebrated for his commitment to excellence and innovation. As a consistent Top Producer, he has earned accolades from leading companies like Humana, United Healthcare, Milz Health Group, and Aetna. His exceptional service and dedication were recognized when he was named the "Best Insurance Agent" in 2023 by the DeForest Times Tribune and included in the "40 Under 40" class of 2024 by In Business Magazine.  He recently has successfully exited his business and now works with small businesses to teach them how to do the same.

Away from his professional endeavors, Mike is a devoted husband to Brianna and a loving father to their two children. The Mathweg family cherishes their time traveling, enjoying weekends at their lake house, and watching movies together, embodying the heartwarming essence of a close-knit family.

Mike is also an avid golfer, having taken up the sport in 2016. He has passionately worked his way from a bogey golfer to nearing a scratch golfer, often found refining his skills at TPC Wisconsin. His love for golf not only showcases his dedication to personal growth but also serves as a fun and engaging way to connect with peers and community members.

In addition to his professional and personal life, Mike is deeply committed to his community. He serves as the President of his local Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the 100 Men of Dane County, a group that contributes significantly to local charities. Together with Brianna, Mike also supports local families during the holiday season through partnerships with schools and churches.

Sandra’s goal is to see a world in which people are able to confidently use their unique voice, follow their dreams, embrace and monetize their passions and find a way to understand exactly what a toddler is trying to tell you. 

As a digital marketer with years of experience, Sandra has worked with 1,000’s of small business owners, trained in high ticket consulting groups, spoken at multiple events including TedX, been featured in two documentaries, ran a top rated Podcast (Binding Authority) all while being a wife and keeping the worlds cutest six year old entertained, happy and from falling off of tall things he climbs. 

Sandra is extremely passionate about helping people solve problems they are having in business.  She has been described as being “a bit too much” or “a busy body” and voted “most eager to please” by her High School Senior Class.  Sandra took these labels and turned into being famous for being a power connector and helping small business owners fix advertising and marketing issues.  

Known as the “Queen Bee Of Organic Social Media Marketing” Sandra is passionate about teaching small business owners to build their own personal brand.  She also runs a group consulting course where she focuses on coaching and helping small business owners build smart marketing plans!
